This page explains what Robeson Pipeworks collects when you use this website and what we do with it. It is a plain-language summary, and the owner of the site should have it reviewed before it is relied on.

What we collect

When you send the survey form we receive your name, email, phone number, the building address and your message. If you text a photo, we receive the photo and your phone number through your own messaging app.

How we use it

We use it to answer your request, to schedule a survey and to prepare a written proposal. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the people who work on your building.

How long we keep it

We keep the records of a project as long as the building file needs them. You can ask us to correct or delete a form submission that did not become a project.
