Cortez Robeson
Owner and president
Runs the firm and reads every proposal before it goes to a board.
The firm
Robeson Pipeworks replaces the pipe inside Hudson County's apartment buildings, and does very little else.
Residents are home while we work, so the crew is built around that: project managers who own a building from survey to close-out, foremen who run each riser line, and night crews for the work a building can't have by day.
We write the notice letter before we write the schedule, because the schedule only works if the people on the line can follow it.

Owns a building from the survey to the closeout binder and writes the notice letter.
Night crew foreman
Runs the lobby, retail and after-hours lines.
Estimator and permit coordinator

A survey is a walk with the manager and a written report.
